Dr. Blaine Keister has been practicing dentistry since 2008 and is dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized care with a gentle, compassionate approach. He offers a full range of services - from routine checkups to advanced restorative and cosmetic treatments - using the latest techniques and technology to ensure excellent results.

Known for his focus on patient comfort, Dr. Keister takes time to build real relationships and create a positive dental experience for everyone who walks through the door. His goal is to help each patient achieve a healthy, confident smile in a setting where they feel truly cared for.

Dr. Keister graduated summa cum laude from Clemson University in 1999 with a degree in Biochemistry and performed cancer research at the prestigious Perelman School of Medicine in Philadelphia before embarking on his dental career at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. While at Penn Dental, Dr. Keister excelled both academically and clinically, graduating at the top of his class with numerous awards, including the Delaware Valley Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Oral Implantology Award, the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Award of Excellence, and the International College of Dentists Leadership Award.

Through his commitment to lifelong learning and the pursuit of clinical excellence in all areas of dentistry, Dr. Keister has been recognized as a Master in the Academy of General Dentistry.

When he’s not at the office, Dr. Keister loves spending time with his wife, Dr. Stephanie Shinmachi, whether it’s running marathons, visiting National Parks, scoping out the best pizza places, or boating and fishing in the Raritan Bay. Their most recent adventure in a National Park was a 46-mile run from the South Rim to the North Rim and back across the Grand Canyon.

Inspired by his Staten Island roots and early experiences in medicine, Dr. Michael DiCarlo originally considered becoming a pediatrician but ultimately found his calling in dentistry. He brings the same warmth and compassionate care he once admired in his childhood doctors to every patient he sees. Dr. DiCarlo earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from NYU College of Dentistry and completed his General Practice Residency at Staten Island University Hospital, where he was selected as Chief Resident. During his training, he was recognized for his clinical excellence in treatment planning, implant placement, and advanced esthetic restoration.

As the founder of Dental Health Center, Dr. DiCarlo is committed to delivering relationship-based care rooted in trust, comfort, and exceptional outcomes. He continues to elevate his craft as a faculty member with Spear Education and a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry - two roles that reflect his ongoing dedication to clinical mastery and lifelong learning. A loving husband and father of four, Dr. DiCarlo balances his practice with a full family life, including coaching his daughter’s flag football team. He leads both his team and his practice with the values that guide him daily: Family, Faith, Fitness, and Friends.

Dr. Rosanna Santini earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry, graduating with honors in 1991. She completed her General Practice Residency at Monmouth Medical Center in 1992 and has been practicing ever since. A Master of the Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Santini brings over three decades of experience and a deep passion for both the art and science of dentistry.

With a strong foundation in cosmetic and restorative care, she has seen firsthand how evolving technology and techniques can transform smiles and lives. She remains committed to continuing education and delivering thoughtful, comprehensive care that supports long-term oral health.
